Our Mission
At F.O.C.A.S Animal Rescue, we are dedicated to enhancing the lives of animals in our community through three primary initiatives:
- Supporting Local Animal Shelters and Rescues:
- We actively collaborate with the Cleburne Animal Shelter and various local rescues. By connecting resources, volunteers, and compassionate individuals, we aim to improve their capacity to care for and find loving homes for animals in need.
- Promoting Responsible Pet Ownership:
- Education is at the heart of our mission. We believe that informed pet owners make better decisions for their pets’ well-being. Through workshops and educational programs, we empower our community with knowledge on proper care, nutrition, and the importance of spaying and neutering.
- Community Outreach and Support:
- Our outreach efforts extend beyond our organization to engage local businesses, schools, and community groups. We build a robust network of support that advocates for animal welfare and fosters a community where every pet is valued and loved.
- We support local Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) groups, working together to manage and reduce the stray animal population in a humane way.
- Additionally, our Pet Food Pantry assists pet owners in need, ensuring that no pet goes hungry.
